Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Just Sensors application ("the app").
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Just Sensors, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
Description of Service
Just Sensors is an iOS application that provides real-time visualization of device sensor data for educational and informational purposes. The app allows you to:
- View real-time data from 19 different device sensors
- Record sensor data sessions with timestamps
- Export recorded data in CSV or JSON format
- Share exported data via the iOS share sheet
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Just Sensors for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the app
- Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Distribute, sell, or sublicense the app
Sensor Data Accuracy
The sensor data displayed by Just Sensors is provided "as is" and depends on your device's hardware capabilities and calibration. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any sensor readings. The app is intended for educational and informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for:
- Navigation or safety-critical applications
- Medical or health decisions
- Scientific research requiring calibrated instruments
- Any application where inaccurate data could cause harm
- Professional measurement or surveying
Device Compatibility
Not all sensors are available on all devices. Some features (such as LiDAR and Face Tracking) require specific device models. The app will indicate sensor availability on your device with green/red status indicators.
Intellectual Property
The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Just Sensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL JUST SENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Just Sensors and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
